The Office of the Registrar has several options:
Internet: You can quickly view a copy of your transcript in Pipeline by clicking on the “Student” tab, clicking on the “Student Records” menu and selecting “Transcripts.” You can print this off to take to advising appointments.
You can also request that we mail your transcript out by logging into Pipeline, clicking on the on the “Student” tab, clicking on the “Student Records” menu and selecting “Request a Transcript”. Then:
1) Only enter name of the person or the institution you want your transcript sent to in the “Issue to:” field. Select the “Continue” button.
2) Indicate whether you want an Official or Advising copy sent. Check with the recipient to make sure you request the right one!
3) Enter the complete address. Select “Continue.”
4) Indicate how many copies we should send, check the “Official” box if you’re requesting an official transcript. You do not need to indicate an in progress cut off term. Select a delivery method and click “Continue.”
Note: If you choose to pick up the transcript, it will be stamped “Issued to Student” and may not be accepted by the recipient. Verify with the recipient!
5) Review your request and click “Submit.”

Emergency Requests: For a fee of $20.00, payable by check, money order, fee card or OneCard, a student may request same-day service of an official transcript. This service is provided up to 3:00 p.m. each business day. Requests received after 3:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.

Request should include: full name & all previous names while in attendance, student identification number, date of birth, last term of attendance, social security number (optional), a complete mailing address to which the transcript should be sent, a contact telephone number, and student signature.
