Wayne State Women Drop Two Spots

DETROIT – The WSU women’s cross country team fell two spots after a weekend away from competition to No. 12 in the latest Division II coaches polls (Oct. 21).

The back-and-forth battle between Colorado schools atop the rankings went to Western State this time around, upending No. 2 Adams State.

Wayne State was idle over the weekend and now prepares to host Saturday’s GLIAC Conference Championships at Kensington Metropark in Milford.
