Two Wayne State women's cross country members posted school records at the Detroit Track and Field Classic (April 21). Junior Shelly Vickery bettered her mile record with a time of 5:24.9 to take first place. Sophomore Amy Averill lowered the 3,000 meter record with a winning time of 10:43.0. The Warriors conclude their spring track schedule with an appearance at the Hillsdale "Gina" Relays this weekend.
