Berry Earns Spot on NCAA Great Lakes
Regional Softball All-Tournament Team

Detroit, Mich. – Wayne State sophomore Beth Berry (Blissfield) was named to the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Softball All-Tournament Team, which was announced following the conclusion of the regional tournament in Edwardsville, Ill. last weekend. It is Berry’s third honor of the year as she was also named First Team All-GLIAC and First Team All-Region.

Berry finished the season leading the team and the league in batting average (.422), home runs (7), RBI (38) and slugging percentage (.630). In two games at the NCAA Regionals, Berry went 3 for 7 with three singles and an RBI.
